My philosophy on fitness and life: How we feel in our bodies directly impacts how we experience the world

Coaching, in both fitness and life, is a way forward.

A decision to break chains and take control, to pursue joy and fully engage in life. Our time together will be an intentional process of discovery, creating action steps, and accountability. As your coach, I will help you identify and harness strengths, identify and move past roadblocks, and discover tools to help you move forward with confidence and purpose.

Kate has been instrumental in giving me an alternative perspective that has helped me become almost unbiased when looking at my issues. She is kind, compassionate and helps you understand how the other person might be just speaking their truth. Most families have dynamics and we are usually in "protection" mode.
