Pajamas, 5 Minutes, and Hope

Yes, I’m still in my pajamas - and that’s a good thing. I think I’ll change that to yes! I’m working in my pajamas - I’m also working out in my pajamas. This isn’t a covid thing (maybe it is because all my class options are shot!) It’s 0 degrees outside, and it’s an I-just-can’t-kind-of-thing. So, thank god for pajamas - otherwise, I might still be in bed. They were the key to my morning baby steps - it’s ok to stay in my pajamas when they are the reason I can get out of bed. This morning, staying in my PJs became coffee at my desk, which became pajamas on the spin bike, where 10 min became 15 became 20, 30 and, ultimately 32.09. Yes, the final 2.09 minutes were the most important, every minute counts. So, my baby step was spinning in my PJs. What’s yours? The next time you’re struggling to get something done, remember, one tiny thing can become another tiny thing.
